Houston Dash Sales

In Spring 2015, I was given a class project to sell tickets to a Houston Dash game. My group worked with team representatives in order to organize an event that would be desirable for intense and casual fans alike. We were able to organize an exclusive party deck experience that included, in addition to a seat on the party deck, unlimited food from a certain selection, as well as a meet and greet with Dash star Kealia Ohai and Houston Texans star Brian Cushing. We overcame the initial difficulties that came with the price of the tickets ($35) falling outside of the price range of a typical college student by reaching out to different members of the community, so students, alumni and community members alike could come out to the game. I ended up selling 15 tickets at $35 each for a total of $525 of revenue generated for the team, as a part of my group's larger total. Both the team representatives and the professor who assigned the project were very pleased with the results.
